There is no enquiry form here on purpose. A phone number and an email address get you a straight answer faster than a form that lands in a folder nobody checks. We're on the tools most of the day — a text or a voicemail is never ignored, and photographs of the room get you a useful answer fastest.

We work from the van rather than a showroom, so there is nothing to come and visit — but being based in Ascot puts Windsor, Virginia Water, Winkfield and Bracknell all inside a short drive.

Two photographs of the room
Taken from opposite corners with the door open. It shows the layout, the window and where the light lands — which is half of what decides the bond.
Rough measurements
Width, length and ceiling height. Paces are fine; we will measure properly when we come out.
The tile, if you have chosen one
A photograph of the tile and its size. Format decides the bond, the wastage allowance and how flat the background has to be.
Whether anything is going in first
Underfloor heating, a new tray, a plumber moving pipes. Tiling is the last trade in, so the order of the week matters.
